Operation hype - Alive & kicking
Body:  well I had my shoulder reconstructive surgery on Thursday, was released from the IRH yesterday at 11am. I am in great pain due to not being in hospital for the pethidine injections. physiotherapy starts on Monday and is 3 full sessions a week for a long long time :(

unlike the arthroscope surgery I had 6weeks back I can't even use my left arm at all and it took a very long time to type this. :)
